Had an excellent stay in all that time, everything was great. The staff was polite, courteous, no complaints. The breakfast selections were adequate, I loved cookies, eggs and hot chocolate.

Clean hotel in a good area. The room was functional and updated ; the bed was extremely comfy. The service was great, the breakfast was savoury. It made my trip to Pittsburgh a really really nice experience.

Everything was very clean, welcoming staff, decent location just next door to Heinz Field, restaurants, Ross Park Mall. Rooms with tissues, Jacuzzis, for example.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a safe area, close to highways, downtown and near by restaurants. I liked continental breakfasts with sausage, cooked oatmeal and smoothies.
Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi signal was not good.

The staff was always available and the hotel was unique, we loved staying in Pittsburgh. Absolutely gorgeous view, a good balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. The food in the lobby restaurant was spicy! Good price value no question compared to other properties, and tidy.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with fabulously friendly staff. We stayed in the queen room and loved it. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. Pool was amazing too. Could use their free parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The king room we were given had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee machine and ironing facilities.
